The decision (1)
Life is about making decision. There is no right or wrong decision, it is about what you want in present and future.
Babies have to sleep a lot, but they are not sleeping 24 hours a day. They have some awaken time, and the more they grow, the longer they will be staying awake in a day.
We were not doing good in distributing Hayden’s sleeping time. He had been sleeping too much when both Abbie and I went for work, and he was expecting his play time when we came back from work. Because of this, we had been suffering a lot at night, we had had a few sleepless nights as we had to be Hayden’s playmates at night. If we were not there with him, he would scream to his lung like no tomorrow, which everyone in the neighbourhood could have disturbed by the scream.
In order to give everyone a good sleep, we had to stay awake to do the following:-
1. Sing songs for Hayden;
2. Carry Hayden;
3. Dance with Hayden;
4. Be Hayden’s clown, roller-coster, magician, etc.;
5. You name it…
We were talking about having 2nd child soon. But a few days ago, Abbie asked me again if I seriously want another child after having been suffering so much of Hayden.
