Fever, do not disturb!
Hayden has been coughing for a week. It all started with a mild fever, the highest temperature we captured is 37.6 celcius degree. It then followed by cough and blocking nose due to mucus.
The main cause is undoubtedly phlegm, and the main source is from the mother. Abbie is recovering from a flu, and Hayden’s turn after that. We have taken Hayden to see Dr. Chia twice, it is the first time Hayden taken for sickness other than immunity jabs.
This time, Hayden had his first taste on medicine too. We started with giving medicine with syringe, we also mixed the medicine into Hayden’s breast-milk in the bottle. With syringe, Hayden seems to be uneasy and would scream and cry violently like no tomorrow, and there is a chance Hayden rejects and pukes it. Mixing it into the breast-milk, he seems to be enjoying it though patience is needed as it would take longer time to finish.
